Refunds are provided for unshipped terms only. Once you have intimated your cancellation, a cancellation form will be sent
to you. The refund will be credited to your account 45-60 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation form. Regardless
of your chosen mode of payment, all refunds will be done to the bank account that you mention in the cancellation form.
If your term has already commenced or if the kit(s) for the term have been shipped, the refund will NOT be provided.
Example: If you have paid for 2 terms and you decide to cancel in the 1st month of Term 1, you will get a full refund for Term 2, however, there will be no refund for Term 1.
We ship our learning kits on a term-wise basis. Each term is for 3 months, which means, you get 3 kits per term.
Cancellations are only accepted for unshipped kits and for terms that have not yet commenced. If you wish to stop the
Flintoclass program at any point before the commencement of a new term, you can easily cancel by getting in touch with
us. You need to intimate us 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the next term and we will refund the amount for the
unshipped terms back to you as per the refund policy. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel a term after it has commenced i.e.
when we have already shipped the materials for the term.
